What began as a friendly workplace competition quickly turned into an obsession with understanding what makes healthy plants thrive. One question led to another, and before long we found ourselves deep down the rabbit hole; studying soil biology, organic amendments, humic substances, and the incredible ecosystem beneath our feet.
